It has just been announced that American soprano Ailyn Pérez will bring her celebrated portrayal of Puccini’s Mími to Genoa’s famed Teatro Carlo Felice this spring. The four performance run begins April 5 and sees the soprano starring opposite Teodor Ilincăi as Rodolfo for the revival of Augusto Fornari’s acclaimed production, while Giampaolo Bisanti leading from the pit.
