Ailyn Pérez returns to the Opéra Bastille to star in her signature role of Mimì in Puccini’s La Bohème on May 2, 5, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23, 26, 30, and June 1 & 4. Renowned worldwide for her portrayal of the heartbreaking seamstress Mimì, Ms. Pérez’s performance at the Royal Opera House earlier this season was hailed by Broadway World saying:

“Pérez’s Mimì is beautifully nuanced and stimulating; whenever she sings her arias she delivers a soothing tone that immediately draws the audience in. Especially her rendition of “Sì, mi chiamano Mimì” is absolutely stunning.”

At the Opéra Bastille, Ms. Pérez will share the stage with a top-notch cast, including Joshua Guerrero as Rodolfo, Slávka Zámečníková as Musetta, Andrzej Filończyk as Marcello, Simone Del Savio as Schaunard, and Gianluca Buratto as Colline. Michele Mariotti conducts.
