This month, Ailyn Pérez returns to the Metropolitan Opera for her greatly anticipated role debut as Tatiana in Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin. Director Deborah Warner’s production of Tchaikovsky’s sumptuous opera of unrequited love offers “a complete portrait of the human condition, viewed through the frame of the young approaching life and love for the first time.”

Performances will take place on March 25, 29, and April 2, 10, & 14. James Gaffigan conducts a star-studded cast, including Varduhi Abrahamyan as Olga, Piotr Beczała as Lenski, Igor Golovatenko as Onegin, and Ain Anger as Prince Gremin.
