Pérez stars on stage and screen in San Francisco

Ailyn Pérez takes the stage at San Francisco Opera for the first of four performances in Verdi’s timeless classic, La traviata (July 5–13). The revival of John Copley’s production, conducted by Giuseppe Finzi, also features baritone Quinn Kelsey as Germont. July 5 also marks the return of San Francisco Opera’s wildly successful Opera in the Ballpark series, which will this year feature a live simulcast of Pérez’s star turn in La traviata at AT&T Park for an expected crowd of more than 30,000.
