The Houston Grand Opera delights in the return of Ailyn Pérez, as she makes her role debut as Donna Anna in Mozart’s Don Giovanni. Highly acclaimed for her stunning voice and passion, the fullness of Ailyn’s coloratura continues to command the stage and rivet opera fans worldwide. This production of Don Giovanni promises to be another triumph by Kasper Holten and is conducted by Christian Maceleru. Joining Ms. Pérez are Ryan McKinny as Don Giovanni, Paolo Bordogna as his servant Leporello, Melody Moore as Donna Elvira, Ben Bliss as Don Ottavio, and Dorthy Gal as Zerlina. The production runs from April 20th through May 5.
