Ailyn Pérez is one of the featured artists in a public workshop presentation of Jake Heggie and Gene Scheer’s upcoming world premiere opera It’s a Wonderful Life. This Works & Process event takes place on November 6 at the Guggenheim Museum, and showcases this greatly anticipated work which will receive its premiere in December 2016 at Houston Grand Opera. The opera will also be performed at San Francisco Opera in a future season.
