On July 25, 27 and 30, Ailyn Pérez will reprise her stunning portrayal of Mimì in La bohème at the Munich Opera Festival. This distinguished festival takes place yearly at the Bayerische Staatsoper in June and July, drawing opera aficionados from across the world.
The all-star cast of the Puccini favorite will also feature Aida Garifullina as Musetta, Charles Castronovo as Rodolfo, Artur Rucinski as Marcello, Andrei Kymach as Schaunard, Adam Palka as Colline, Joel Williams as Parpignol, Christian Rieger as Benoît and Martin Snell as Alcindoro. Otto Schenk’s time-honored production will be conducted by Francesco Lanzillotta.
