This season, Ailyn Pérez makes her highly anticipated return to The Dallas Opera, in the title role of Massenet’s Manon. This is quickly becoming a signature role for Ms. Pérez, whose portrayal at Valencia’s Palau de les Arts was heralded as a “revelation” (Forum Opéra). The staging in Dallas features a production by Sir David McVicar, directed by E. Loren Meeker, with conductor Graeme Jenkins leading from the pit. These not-to-be-missed performances take place March 4, 6, 9 & 12 at the Winspear Opera House.
